Role Overview
UP.Labs seeks an experienced CEO with a successful track record in SaaS platforms in the travel industry. As the CEO, you will have end-to-end control of your portfolio company, driving product strategy, go-to-market plans, and team growth. Leverage the UP.Partners ecosystem for expertise and resources, fostering collaboration with corporate partners.
Required Expertise
- Proven success in scaling SaaS platforms, preferably in the airline industry.
- Proficiency in leveraging ML and AI for revenue-related functions.
- Deep understanding of airline RM and strong network of airline relationships.
- Experience with SaaS deployment and engagement at scale for complex organizations.
- Desire to address challenges in airline pricing and revenue management.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive company operations, product development, and strategy.
- Lead go-to-market efforts across multiple geographies, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Manage P&L, define essential KPIs, and build a high-performing team.
- Collaborate with UP.Labs and technical leadership to shape the product vision, with an uncompromising focus on customer experience
