Role Overview
UP.Labs is searching for a visionary CEO with a successful track record in leading SaaS platforms, particularly in maintenance for commercial airlines. As the CEO, you will have end-to-end control of your portfolio company, shaping product strategy, go-to-market plans, and team growth. Leverage the UP.Partners ecosystem for expertise and resources, fostering collaboration with corporate partners.
Required Expertise
- Proven success in scaling SaaS platforms, ideally with a focus on airline operations.
- Proficiency in complex optimization, data science, and/or AI/ML for transportation or logistics-related applications.
- Deep understanding of airline maintenance and a strong industry network.
- Experience with SaaS deployment and implementation at scale for complex organizations.
- Passion to disrupt and improve commercial aviation operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive company operations, product development, and strategy.
- Lead go-to-market efforts across multiple geographies, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Manage P&L, define essential KPIs, and build a high-performing team.
- Collaborate with UP.Labs and technical leadership to shape the product vision, with an uncompromising focus on customer experience.
