Role Overview
UP.Labs is searching for a visionary CEO with a successful track record in leading SaaS platforms, particularly in network planning or schedule optimization for the travel industry. As the CEO, you will have end-to-end control of your portfolio company, shaping product strategy, go-to-market plans, and team growth. Leverage the UP.Partners ecosystem for expertise and resources, fostering collaboration with corporate partners.

Required Expertise
  • Proven success in scaling SaaS platforms, ideally with a focus on airline network or schedule planning.
  • Proficiency in leveraging AI and simulation for network and schedule-related functions.
  • Deep understanding of airline network and schedule planning and a strong industry network.
  • Experience with SaaS deployment and engagement at scale for complex organizations.
  • Desire to address challenges in airline network and schedule planning.
Key Responsibilities
  • Drive company operations, product development, and strategy.
  • Lead go-to-market efforts across multiple geographies, collaborating with cross-functional teams.
  • Manage P&L, define essential KPIs, and build a high-performing team.
  • Collaborate with UP.Labs and technical leadership to shape the product vision, with an uncompromising focus on customer experience.
  • Access & utilize the UP.Partners ecosystem - an expansive team across product, engineering, marketing, legal and venture capital, available to advise & scale your portfolio organization.
  • Recruit, retain, and mentor a diverse, world-class team.
